Having successfully completed more than 200 projects, he has mastered the art of civil works and built a reputation for reliability and excellence. At 52, his vision continues to inspire the next generation, proving that true leadership is built on perseverance, passion, and experience.

An architect by passion and profession, Mr. Chandrashekar brings creativity and precision to Godha Group. A graduate of GITAM University, he has spent the past 8+ years shaping spaces that blend functionality with beauty. With over 80 projects designed and executed, his expertise spans architectural planning and interior design. Known for his eye for detail and innovative ideas, he ensures every project reflects both modern aspirations and timeless elegance.
Mr. Tejendar
Director
Dynamic and driven, Mr. Tejendar carries the spirit of innovation into the fields of real estate and marketing. An MBA graduate from ASCI, Hyderabad, he has been deeply involved in the industry for more than 5 years, specializing in marketing strategies and land scouting. His sharp business instincts and ability to identify opportunities make him a key player in expanding Godha Group’s presence. With a forward-looking mindset, he continues to push boundaries and fuel growth.

A graduate in Marketing Analytics from Rochester University, USA, he brings a fresh perspective to business and market strategy. Venturing into import and export, he has quickly established himself as a specialist in business development and market analysis.
